What You Will Do:

Provide comprehensive on-site and remote support for leading client engagements and achieve project deliverablesCoordinate overall project delivery to meet project objectives and client expectationsWork with others to establish overall project directionPlan and manage distinct segments of workDrive change and assist with implementation of solutions with clientsBuild strong relationships with client team membersDiagnose client problems and develop effective solutionsPrepare high-quality deliverables for clientsSupport project management, analytics, deliverable creation, meeting facilitation, and presentations to clients, and develop an area of subject matter expertiseConsult with clients to learn current workflows and configurations, and understand the client’s challenges to identify problems and implement solutionsProvide expertise and support to clients related to many areas of pharmacy, including but not limited to:Specialty pharmacyPharmacy benefit managementPharmacy supply chainPharmacy revenue cycleLead internal project meetings and select client meetingsOversee day-to-day project delivery and client/project/team managementDevelop and maintain strong working relationships and partnerships with clients and teamConsult with clients on current workflows and configurations and manage multiple projects effectivelyAct as a liaison between clients and internal team and actively contribute to the team in assigned areasTroubleshoot, develop and execute plans, work to resolve issues, and propose possible alternate strategies when necessaryCreate effective presentations that consolidate findings from analyses and present solutions to clientDeliver project results on time, on budget, and within project scope that meets and/or exceeds client expectationsProvide support as requested regarding related project work as assigned



What You Will Need:

A PharmD or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is requiredExperience within the Defense Health Agency is preferredAt least 5 years of experience working in health system pharmacy, including 10+ years in managing others and overseeing operational initiatives 

What Would Be Nice To Have:

15 years of experience working in health system pharmacy

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
