Position Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)Graduate from an accredited college by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE)Internship/Residency or documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice clinical pharmacyA current, valid, unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in any state3 years experience with a National Certificate or Residency RequiredBLS
