Job Title: Pharmacist - Eye Care Transition ProjectOpen to recent graduates!Job Description

We are seeking qualified pharmacists to join a new project focused on transitioning patients from a discontinued eye care product to a new alternative. This role involves direct communication with physicians and pharmacies to ensure a smooth transition for all patients.

ResponsibilitiesCall physicians who have prescribed the discontinued eye care product and inform them about the need to switch to a new eye care product.Explain to physicians that the old drug will no longer be produced and provide details about the substitute product.Process the transition of patient information from the old drug to the new drug in the system.Reach out to the contracted pharmacy to ensure the new eye care prescription is filled.Handle phone and computer tasks on site.Skills & QualificationsPharmD degreeState of NJ Pharmacist LicenseCustomer Service ExperienceTech savvyWork Environment

This role is on-site with a shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will be working primarily with phones and computers in a professional and collaborative environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
