Pharmacist Clinician (casual hours)
**Building Location:** Brainerd Clinic **Department:** 11660 Medication Therapy Mgmt **Job Description:** In collaboration with the patient and the patients' health care team, the pharmacist clinician works to optimize the patient's drug therapy to improve the quality of life and health outcomes of the patient. The standard of care includes ensuring the patient’s medications are appropriate for the patient, effective for the medical condition, safe given the comorbidities and other medications being taken, and able to be taken by the patient as intended.
