including but are not limited to transplant oncology hepatitis and infectious disease The pharmacy has an integrated relationship with these clinics to provide exceptional care and service including shipping patient medications to their home In addition to these service lines our pharmacy also has a program to fill and deliver medications to a patientrsquos bedside before they get discharged
