Shift: Open availability required, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Who You Are:

As a Pharmacist at Curaleaf, you will oversee the operations of the retail dispensary, ensuring the efficient and compliant distribution of cannabis products to customers. This role involves managing a team of retail and pharmacy professionals, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests, and adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be key in providing exceptional service while upholding the highest industry standards.

What You’ll Do: 

Maintain expert knowledge of cannabis forms, dosing, strains, and delivery methods while staying current on industry trends, innovations, and medical use advancements Provide personalized product recommendations and clinical guidance while resolving patient concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive and confidential experience in line with company policies Continuously monitor patient progress and tailor product recommendations or dosing for optimal results Conduct training to enhance team knowledge in product details, cannabis pharmacology, patient interaction, and compliance for accurate recommendations Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and all federal and state laws, including strict adherence to HIPAA and PII regulations

What You’ll Bring:

You hold a PharmD and an active Utah pharmacy license or plan to obtain one You have strong knowledge of the retail and pharmacy landscape with experience in highly regulated industries You excel in customer service, resolving guest concerns professionally, and have strong skills in training and developing team members You are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Even Better If:

You have previous cannabis industry experience and a solid understanding of state cannabis regulations
