Accountabilities
· Oversee the pharmacy department's daily duties of technicians and other support personnel.
· Maintain a professional presence throughout the designated facility and hospital.
· Assure pharmacy services and activities are carried out to meet goals and standards of Cardinal Health, the client/hospital, and specialty accreditation bodies.
· Manage inventory: places orders, check in drugs and supplies, stock shelves, and removes out-of-date items from the inventory.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
· Active Maine pharmacist license in good standing
· Specialty pharmacy experience
