**About the Job:**
Compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs in a healthcare facility environment. Responsible for processing medication orders, handling incoming physician and nurse calls, logging data into the computer, and Drug Utilization Review. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Reports to pharmacy supervisor.
**Requirements:**
+ Requires a bachelor's degree or Pharm D degree in pharmacy and is licensed to practice in Tennessee.
+ Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
