**GENERAL SUMMARY:** Provides clinical pharmacy services to the hospital staff and patients, to include counseling, in-service education, diabetes training, written and verbal drug information, and dispensing prescription drugs/IVs. **Minimum qualifications:** **Education and formal training:** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree require **Experience required:** Prior one to two years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred. **Licensure required:** Must be licensed in the State of Indiana as a Pharmacist. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required.
