About the Position:
Responsible for registration of patients, insurance verification, communication of services available. Handles routine patient inquiries. Ability to handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
What we are looking for:
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
+ Experience with automated systems preferred.
+ Basic typing and clerical skills.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and politely
+ Greet and direct guests and patients respectfully and timely
+ Safeguard security and confidentiality of data/information according to HIPAA guidelines
