Adecco is recruiting an onsite Pharmacy Clerk in Malvern, PA for our client, a leading nationwide retail pharmacy. **PAY** : The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 17 and $ 17.50 Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. **REQUIREMENTS** : · 1 year of experience in a distribution center environment · Automated mail systems experience · Verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to calculate simple math. · Ability to type 35 WPM · Computer proficiency · Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand on feet all day · Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. · Ability to read, write and understand English. Ability to use 10-key pad on computer · **High School Diploma or GED required.** **SCHEDULE -** Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm- 1 hour lunch **JOB DUTIES** : This position will process and distribute inbound non-production and outbound mail utilizing the latest processing techniques and equipment. Verifies paperwork and labels packages according to Standard Operating Procedures. Selects appropriate containers, envelopes, and/or boxes for packaging. Creates labels for orders. Adheres labels to appropriate packages. Operates postal scales and meters. Sends packages by appropriate transportation method. Routes labels and related paperwork according to Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains a clean, safe work area. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Able to stand for length of shift. Ability to read, write and understand English. Ability to use 10-key pad on computer; computer knowledge and typing of 35 wpm desired. Must be able to work overtime.
