Previous customer service experience is essential, while pharmacy or healthcare experience is preferred but not required. You should be able to type at least 30 words per minute and possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. The role requires the ability to stand and reach for extended periods, regularly lift and move 10-50 pounds, and have reliable transportation.\n

This position offers a set Monday-Friday schedule (2 PM-10 PM) with additional shift differential pay for hours worked after 5 PM. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations within our pharmacy. You will communicate and coordinate shipments, update medical records systems, and perform in a fast-paced production environment under the supervision of our licensed pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include folding and building medication boxes, packing and shipping prescriptions with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, and addressing questions from healthcare providers, clinics, and pharmacy personnel. Additionally, you will assist with tracking and responding to emails related to patient prescriptions, provide excellent customer service, answer and transfer calls effectively, and maintain an organized workspace. You will also help with inventory management, unpack deliveries, and comply with HIPAA regulations.\n

The Ideal Candidates Qualifications\n\nProficient computer skills (internet, email, etc.).\nStrong work ethic and professionalism.\nPrevious customer service experience.\nAbility to type a minimum of 30 WPM.\n1 year of pharmacy or healthcare setting experience preferred.\nAspiration to become a pharmacy technician is a plus.\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent (required).\nAbility to stand, lift, and move (10-50 lbs.) during shifts.\nReliable transportation and willingness for occasional overtime.\nHighly organized and detail oriented.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n
