Are you an experienced Pharmacy Leader with a passion for patient care and team collaboration? We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the operations of our inpatient and outpatient pharmacies. What you’ll do:

Provide strategic direction to the service line

Create an infrastructure that enhances clinical and financial outcomes

Assure high quality patient satisfaction and service

Facilitate market growth while attracting and maintaining highly qualified employees and providers

 

Requirements:

Masters degree in a related field

Minimum of 3-4 years of management experience in healthcare, with preference given to those with at least 3 years in an integrated healthcare system

Pharmacist licensure strongly preferred

Possess knowledge of interstate regulatory licensure requirements
