The Pharmacy Insights Manager provides day-to-day leadership for all pharmacy data initiatives, ensuring effective development, deployment, and continuous optimization of analytics and informatics tools. This includes overseeing employee(s), delivering insights in Epic-based workflows (Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito), and coordinating the use and supporting deployment of AI and predictive solutions. By combining hands-on technical proficiency with managerial oversight, this role enables the Pharmacy Department to harness robust, data-driven insights for clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.

Education Qualifications:

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in health informatics, information systems, data science, or related field.

Required Qualifications:

5–7 years of progressively increasing responsibility in pharmacy informatics, healthcare analytics, or advanced reporting
Hands-on track record in designing, building, and deploying data tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree 
Leadership or supervisory exposure
