Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Pharmacy or a PharmD, from an accredited college or university.
Licensed with a Provincial College of Pharmacists and is in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist.
High level of computer skills.
Good time management, analytical and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Bilingual is an asset (English/French).
Business Acumen
Ability to critically assess business solutions to ensure pharmacy operation success and financial viability.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Other Skills and Abilities
High level of computer skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Outlook, Teams
