Pharmacy Operations Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is sourcing for a Pharmacy Operations Specialist to join a not-for-profit community based healthcare organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operational functions of the pharmacy program including; formulary management, quality assurance, regulatory and compliance Primary responsibilities include managing pharmacy operations initiatives, policy development and maintenance, formulary review and analysis, and ensure team meets all regulatory and quality standards/timelines. The specialist will process all pharmacy related inquiries, including but not limited to operations, utilization management, and regulatory. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment. This position is a 4-month contract role with opportunity for extension, work model is 100% remote during EST hours. Compensation: $_22_/hr. to $_26_/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
