Job Description:
Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, JCAHO standards and State and Federal requirements.
Responsible for precepting pharmacy practice residents.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications Required:
Pharm.D. with an ASHP- accredited Residency with 1 year of experience within the area precepted preferred or a Pharm.D. with 3 years of experience within the area precepted.
