Job Description
The Pharmacy Services Technician will be the client-facing representative for servicing clients by providing a high level of customer service. This includes troubleshooting issues over the phone, performing weekly routine maintenance on dispensing equipment, restocking automated dispensing units, and documenting all service events, activities, and on-site training activities.
