Responsible for the IV rooms at the main Pharmacy and Cancer Center. *Minimum Qualifications* * *Minimum Education:* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy. * *Minimum Experience:* Five (5) years experience in clinical pharmacy (or equivalent) practice. Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program or national specialty certification. * *Certification/Licensure:* Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in New Mexico.
