Gundersen Health System, becoming Emplify Health, is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) pharmacy technician for our East building and La Crosse clinic location.

What you’ll do:Enjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekendsEnter prescription data, calculate dispensing quantities, prepare medication labels and fill prescriptions Compound non-sterile products and manage inventory needsPrepare prescriptions for delivery or shipmentAnswer the telephone and respond to patient inquiriesAssist with staffing at other Gundersen pharmacy locations as needed

What you’ll need:High school diploma or equivalencyCompletion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program or at least one year of pharmacy technician experienceRegistration as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of WINationally-recognized certification for pharmacy technician crediential (CPht or ExCPT) or willingness to become certified within 6 months of hire
