As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, accurate, and timely care to our patients by partnering with the Pharmacist to ensure prescriptions are filled efficiently and correctly. This position offers the opportunity to apply and grow your skills across prescription processing, healthcare provider (HCP) outreach, dispensing, packaging, inventory management, and record keeping—while making a meaningful impact on every patient’s experience.
Works on a patient first minded team to fulfill prescription orders in a timely manner. Maintains an in-depth understanding of all workstations. Performs record keeping, data entry, packaging, and other tasks related to the fulfillment and dispensing of prescriptions. Helps to maintain a clean and organized working environment. Communicates with patients to collect pertinent patient information and physicians for refill authorizations. Assists Pharmacist in the maintenance of procedures and records in compliance with state and federal laws. Inspects drug supplies and maintains inventories.
