Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Roseville, MN.

ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with patients via phone and respond to inquiriesDispense unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IVs, and related suppliesPerform and document daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and monitoring tasks in sterile compounding areasCollaborate with team members to address pharmacy needs promptly and efficientlyEssential SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technicianProven ability to work independently and solve high-stakes problemsStrong multitasking and workload prioritization skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesAdditional Skills & QualificationsCertified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certificationPharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification1+ years of consistent experience in sterile compoundingExperience in hospital or home infusion pharmacy settingsWork Environment

The role is on-site supporting a team of roughly 15. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 6 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
