Job Description:

Review contents of referral to ensure complete and accurate information receivedCreate patient profile from a scan or fax image by entering correct patient and provider informationConduct initial check of prescription to ensure clinical accuracy for processingCommunicate with provider regarding referral status, prescription clarification, missing information, or patient concernsUpdate concise progress notes to ensure other roles within the workflow can quickly assess the status of referralEnter in new provider information

Pay: 20.00-23.00 USD Hourly

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm CST

Certification/Skills:

2 years of Pharmacy Technician ExperienceActive TSBP Pharmacy Technician/Trainee CertificationPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
