Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

 Highlights:

Work in various environments which include: Medication distribution to clinics, and critical access hospitals, repackaging medications into unit dose forms. Effectively communicates with nursing staff, providers, patients and co-workers. Non-hazardous/ hazardous sterile compounding Varied Shifts: 6:00 am-2:30 pm, 2:00 pm- 10:30 pm, 2:30 pm-11:00 pm with occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Completion of Pharmacy Technician Technical Program preferred.

Certification/Licensure/Registrations

Certified Pharmacy Technician by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board required.  Unrestricted registration with the South Dakota Board of Pharmacy required within 30 days of employment.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.  

$18.50 – $25.75 per hour
