Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on whether Technician or Assistant appointed)
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
Please note this is NOT a training position.

The Person:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our small, friendly team on the bank. Pharmacy assistant's are welcome to apply and will be considered alongside other applicants. This is not a training position however so please note we will not be offering assistants further training.
To succeed in this role, you will:
Be NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy service or equivalent trained, or hold a relevant Pharmacy assistant qualification (buttercups or equivalent)
Work as part of our team to deliver a high quality pharmacy service to wards and departments where patient experience and safety is at the heart of everything we do
Have excellent IT Skills, good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
Be confident working alone, or as a part of a team
If applying as a Technician: you must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Society
If applying as a Pharmacy Technician: you MUST hold a Medicines Management/Reconciliation accreditation
If applying as a Pharmacy Technician: you MUST be an Accredited Checking Technician

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is a 30 bedded hospital within walking distance of the city centre with free onsite car parking. The hospital has two laminar flow operating theatres, and two minor treatment rooms in the outpatient department. There is a small radiology department and CT/ MRI services are provided in a mobile unit. Inpatient physiotherapy is provided within the hospital whilst our outpatients attend the fitness and wellbeing centre at Chichester gate for their follow up physio and hydrotherapy treatments. Our main speciality is orthopaedics. We also care for patients needing treatment within the specialties of gynaecology, urology, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology max fax, and pain. We provide outpatient services for dermatology, cardiology, neurology, and rheumatology.
