Position: Pharmacy Technician IHourly Pay Range: $17.50 - $28.68. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $18.50 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks. Location: Arlington Heights, IL , may be required to rotate Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park, Chicago, and Niles locations Full Time - 40 hours/weekHours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm rotating shifts, weekend and holidaysRequired Travel: yes between sites, based on rotating scheduleWhat you will need:
License: Current Illinois Registered Pharmacy Technician requiredEducation: High School Diploma or equivalentCertification: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred; must become certified by successfully passing the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) examination or another Board-approved pharmacy technician examination, within 2 years of initial licensure.Experience: Prior technician experience or hospital experience preferred. If candidate does not have prior compounding and/or hospital experience, then we are willing to provide on the job training to an individual who is motivated to learn aseptic compounding skills and is a quick learner looking for a new challengeWhat you will do:
Prepare sterile compounded products for IV infusion (such as bags, syringes, pumps) in accordance with sterile clean room regulationsEnsure there is adequate inventory of supplies and medications available as needed for patient careAssist pharmacists in maintaining medications records and files as neededPlace medication and supply orders to maintain appropriate inventory levelsOther duties as assignedBenefits:
