Job Description:

Reviewing prior authorization requests submitted by providers and making coverage decisions based on information received.Calling pharmacies, doctors offices and physicians for clarifications on requests.

Qualifications:

2 years Pharmacy Technician experience.\tValid State Pharmacy Technician License required High School diploma or GED requiredPTCB License highly preferred
