**Pharmacy Technician – Specialty (Certified or Registered)** **Position information** **Title** : Pharmacy Technician – Specialty (Certified or Registered) **Facility** : Fidelity Health Care / Premier Health Specialty Pharmacy **Job Reports to** : Pharmacy Manager – Premier Health Specialty Pharmacy **Position Summary** **General Summary/Responsibilities:** Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacists and according to standard procedures, assists in total prescription filling process: data entry, inventory management, counting, labeling, filing, and billing of prescribed products. Coordinate’s care (with a multi-disciplinary team) directly with patients and caregivers. Works with other team members and outside entities (insurance companies, PBMs, manufacturers) to obtain/verify patient financial responsibilities.
