The Position

Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; no evenings/weekend; Hours 9:00am to 5:30pm EST schedule with great PTO and holidays.

Pharmacy Details: Closed door mail order specialty pharmacy

Location: Co-Assist 2400 Sand Lake Road, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32809

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises daily technician tasks and performance levels applying operating discipline across both front end and fulfillment. Monitors pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels Creates pharmacy technician schedule and schedule adherence. Provides weekly huddles to cover communications/process opportunities and changes. Completes monthly 1 on 1’s to evaluate workload, performance, and correction. Completes daily timecard review, quarterly performance review and annual performance review of strengths and opportunities for improvement. Maintains team morale and employee retention by serving as point of contact for questions and concerns. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
