Your Impact at SAM A Phase Manager is responsible for oversight and reporting on spending and budget, utilization of resources, tracking deliverables, handling of field and office day-to-day operations, and overseeing staff. This role is a ready point of contact for client project questions and elevate important concerns, problems, and key decision points to their Project Manager.
