Job Description
The Medical Representative is responsible for achieving NOS/sales objectives by effectively executing defined targets within their designated geographical areas, Valparaíso, Viña del Mar & San Antonio.
This role ensures both sell-in and sell-out results by leveraging established Healthcare KPIs based on market demands, including distribution, visibility, recommendations, and prescribing. The position primarily focuses on customer engagement and field activities, maintaining a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, category specifics, and the needs of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Visit doctors to promote brands and products, ensuring strong brand positioning within the healthcare sector.
+ Conduct visits to independent pharmacies to drive distribution and sales.
+ Influence healthcare professionals to drive product recommendations and prescriptions.
+ Maintain an in-depth understanding of market demands and healthcare regulations.
+ Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the assigned territory.
+ Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare compliance regulations.
+ Provide insightful feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
+ Utilize technology and digital tools for data-driven sales tracking and reporting.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of:
+ Product features and indications
+ Competitive landscape and objection handling
+ Selling techniques supported by medical-based evidence (MBE)
Nice to Have:
+ Proficiency in Data Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
+ Digital skills, including familiarity with iPads, tablets, and other technological tools.
