Competitive salaryHealth, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance401K with employer contributionTuition reimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountGenerous PTO package Responsibilities Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5pm and evenings/weekends as needed for special events JOB SUMMARYResponsible for identification, cultivation solicitation and stewardship of gifts and sponsorships to the Foundation.This includes individual, corporate and foundation support.This position is goal oriented and will have an annual fundraising expectation that will include two signature special events, fundraising portfolio and other fund development initiatives.Demonstrates support to the Area Director for the overall success of the Foundation.The Foundation team works collaboratively on fundraising objectives that meet the overall goals and objectives of the Foundation, Trustbridge and Empath Health. Qualifications Education/Regulatory Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or an Associate Degree with an additional 5 years of commensurate experience in lieu of degree.At least five years’ experience in customer relations, marketing, development or related field.Skills:Tangible experience of having expanded and cultivated existing donor relationships over time.Ability to influence and engage a wide range of donors and recruitment of volunteers.Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.Skilled knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor database software.Knowledge and proficiency in event based fundraising environment including committee recruitment and event administration, including return on investment (ROI).High energy and passion for missions is essential.Professional Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both written and oral including large and small group presentations.Language Skills:Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
