Job Summary:

Maintains & supports the Philanthropy CRM, Raiser’s Edge NXT, and other related applications, technology and tools. Ensures data is consistently structured, organized and maintained to support the needs and strategies of Philanthropy. Possesses a basic understanding of the underlying business of fundraising and the industry standards, rules and regulations that govern Philanthropy Operations. Serves as a Philanthropy Operations & Raiser’s Edge NXT resource for basic to moderately complex Philanthropy initiatives.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoots and resolves basic to moderately complex application, data and procedural issues and provides end-user support.Analyzes donation data from multiple sources and administers the donation entry process; utilizing automated integration tools when available to enhance data integrity. Exercises judgement when resolving complex gift situations. Ensures processes are in alignment with industry standards, IRS requirements and accounting best practices Performs financial reconciliation of multiple deposit sources, ensuring accurate accounting in donor CRM and proper integration to the financial system. Generates reconciliation based reporting.Contributes to the governance of data integrity by performing regular data audits. Takes corrective action as needed to mitigate inaccuracies and errors. Creates and maintains complex mail merges and generates data files needed to create accurate donor acknowledgement/tax receipts that comply with IRS guidelines.Participates in the analysis, design and reengineering of workflow & process development.Represents Philanthropy Operations on collaborative cross-team initiatives, programs and events. Also serves as a resource to Philanthropy Leadership, Finance, Audit and external vendors.Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.Frequent keyboard use/data entry.Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.Rare climbing.
