Job Summary:

Configures, supports and maintains the Philanthropy CRM, Raiser’s Edge NXT, and other related applications, technology & tools. Ensures data is consistently structured, organized and maintained to support the needs and strategies of Philanthropy. Possesses a detailed understanding of the underlying business of fundraising and the industry standards, rules and regulations that govern Philanthropy Operations. Serves as subject matter expert for moderate to complex philanthropy initiatives and data integration projects.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoots and resolves moderate to complex issues and provides end-user support. Assists others in the triage, analysis & resolution of issues.Analyzes and interprets moderate to complex business challenges and identifies, designs and implements best practice solutions.Analyzes data, outlines business requirements, documents complex vendor specifications, completes data extractions and integrations, performs post programming validation relevant for direct mail programs.  Collects, analyzes and integrates data multiple internal and external sources. Understands data source structure and business relevance of data.Analyzes business processes & data workflows, designs and/or reengineers and creates supplemental documentation.Serves as Operational lead on collaborative cross-team initiatives, programs and event project teams. Also serves as SME to other Philanthropy departments, Philanthropy Leadership, Finance, Audit and external vendors.Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff.Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

Three years' experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.Frequent keyboard use/data entry.Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.Rare climbing.
