Job Description
Communicates with engineers and technical specialist regarding SDET Reli testing control schedule and execution, actual testing results, when issue arises affecting the timely movement of key experiments. Ensure that throughput are meet, execute procedures and processes to ensure correct and efficient testing methodology. Ensures proper tester preventive maintenance and control.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute and evaluate test script.Ensures testers are in control and are within the specified control limit.Perform tester GR&R and daily control monitoring.Extract Raw data in each experiments and generates the initial data package and feedback initial assessment about the result in according to the specific test requirements.Perform daily and periodic maintenance.Provide updates to engineers in cases of tester errors and delays in the planned test schedules.Execute tester control monitoring.Highlights issues to engineers when problems are encountered which may affect experiment results. Updates engineers with the status specially when delays are encountered and result feedback is affected.Provide initial analysis on test parameters (SER, TD, OW, etc.) Ensures test plan are followed and executed.Collaborates with sDET maintenance and Development team regarding issues and key lesson learn.QualificationsTechnical Degree in Engineering, preferably with at least 1 year experience in Testing or maintenance.With knowledge and experience in HDD testing, Thermal Chamber operation and maintenance.With good numerical, analytical, interpersonal and planning skills.PREFERRED:
With above average MS Excel proficiencyWith high interest working on tasks that require great attention to detailsWith hands-on experience in Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, JMP and any other statistical toolTechnical Competencies:
