Job Description
The Phlebotomist will perform phlebotomy and skin punctures on patients according to established protocols to obtain suitable specimens for accurate clinical results. The role requires collecting specimens through proper handling protocols to ensure the viability of patient specimens, contributing to accurate clinical results. Additionally, the Phlebotomist will perform clerical duties to receive, identify, accession, and process specimens to facilitate timely and accurate test performance.

Proficiency in phlebotomy and venipuncture.Experience with specimen collection and handling.1+ years of phlebotomy experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively in a team setting.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Completion of a Phlebotomist Training Program.ASCP Certification is preferred but not required.Work Environment
The Phlebotomist will conduct 35-50 collections a day, working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. The role requires accuracy and precision, ensuring each specimen is collected and processed according to established protocols.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
