**Duties** + Sets up plasma collection equipment + Performs phlebotomy on new and returning donors + Monitors the safety and care of donors during the plasma pheresis process. + Creates a positive donor experience to encourage return donations + Ensures donor health and safety during donation process + Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and annual calibrations on equipment used for plasma collection. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent required + Phlebotomy certification and experience preferred + Ability to follow detailed instructions + Computer literate + Performs work while standing + Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
