Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood collection procedures, including venipuncture, capillary puncture, and other specimen collection techniquesAccurately label, store, and process specimens for laboratory testingEnsure proper identification of patients and specimens to maintain patient safetyProvide excellent customer service and support to patients, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experienceMaintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulationsCommunicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient careDocument patient information accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of one-year experience as a phlebotomistCertification in phlebotomy preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow protocolsExcellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude towards patient careAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
