Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures, ensuring accurate patient identification and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in phlebotomy and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Perform venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures following established protocols.Ensure accurate patient identification and proper labeling of specimens.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.Provide excellent patient care, addressing any questions or concerns.Assist with administrative tasks as needed.Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.1 or more years of experience in phlebotomy.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00
