Job Title: OBGYN Phlebotomist Location: Austin, TX (River Place) Hours: Monday -Thursday: 7:45pm - 4:45pm Friday: 7:45am - 1:15pm Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team at an OBGYN clinic. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of phlebotomy experience. You will perform venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures, ensuring accurate patient identification and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Experience in OBGYN or glucose testing is preferred. Responsibilities: + Perform venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures following established protocols. + Ensure accurate patient identification and proper labeling of specimens. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. + Provide excellent patient care, addressing any questions or concerns. + Assist with administrative tasks as needed. + Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Requirements: + High school diploma or GED. + At least one year of experience in phlebotomy + Experience in OBGYN or glucose testing preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
