We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist float to work on our hospital team in a Quaternary care facility in the Swedish Ballard campus , Swedish Cherry Hill and First Hill campus, and Swedish Issaquah campus. In this role you will cover for vacant and vacationing peers at three locations; while providing exceptional customer service and performing skilled specimen collections. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within a global organization with Labcorp.
Pay Range: $21.44/hourly - $31.65/hourly
Float Differential: $2.00/hourly
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 5:00am - 1:30pm, additional hours when needed
Work Location: Seattle, Ballard, and Issaquah, WA.

Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 24 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), accrue up to 18 days of Annual Leave per year (includes 8 holidays) and Sick Leave (0.0333 hours of sick leave for each hour of work).
Job Responsibilities:
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisfollow strict Standard Operating Procedures.Provide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryJob Requirements:
