Position Summary:

Performs blood collection on variety of patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION

Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent (GED) and graduate of an accredited phlebotomy training facility or equivalent experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE 

Minimum Experience: Preferred Phlebotomy training program clinical rotation and/or 1 year experience.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE

Certificate from an accredited phlebotomy training facility or proof of equivalent training preferred; valid Driver’s License.
