The Phlebotomist also organizes specimen collection requests, performs patient clinical laboratory specimen collection procedures, specimen transport, specimen processing, testing dispersal, point-of-care testing procedures, and other pre-analytic functions following established standards and practices. **Education and/or Experience** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. + Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred. **Licensure/Certification/Registration** + Certification as a Phlebotomist Technician (PBT) from the ASCP preferred. **Work Schedule** + Straight Nights: 8, 10, or 12 hours between the hours of 6:30pm-7:00am + Rotate every 3rd weekend & holiday + Occasional Call Time Full Time + 80 hours every 2 weeks **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below.
