Phlebotomy Trainer at TriHealth
Location: This position is located at Bethesda North Hospital.
Work Hours and Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday, Day shift. No weekends.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Phlebotomy Trainer to provide adult education in the disciplines of adult and pediatric phlebotomy and specimen processing. The Phlebotomy Trainer will conduct training sessions to ensure team members are proficient in both technical and behavioral aspects required for blood draws and specimen processing. This role includes completing initial and annual competency assessments under the direction of a lead or supervisor. The trainer will perform daily tasks independently, collaborate with TriHealth team members to meet healthcare providers' needs, and serve as an internal liaison for the laboratory. This position reports directly to the Laboratory Support Supervisor
