The Clinical Phone Support Specialist role will allow you to utilize your customer service experience to support our customer with clinical trials. Qualified customer service professionals will be responsible for providing phone support for clinical trial participants and clinical trial site staff. The role will be responsible for managing inbound calls in a remote setting. Both full time and part time shifts are currently available. Depending on your current schedule, this type of role can work in conjunction with your current position. Additionally, you will receive exposure to the medical device industry with the potential for long-term career growth in the field. This role is a remote position that will require access to internet and availably to work non-business hours.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from patients and Healthcare personnel and provide customer serviceBe a liaison on additional support required between end users and representatives from medical device manufacturerBe available during non-business hours (7:30 PM-12:00 AM EST and weekends)Job Requirements:

The potential base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
