Apple Fitness+ is looking for a Photo Retoucher with a collaborative approach and an elevated eye for photography and design. You will work alongside our Lead Photographer and Art Director to support the needs of the busy Fitness+ production studio. **Description** The Fitness+ studio produces dozens of photo assets each week that appear in software platforms, social media, and executive presentations. We are searching for a Photo Retoucher with DigiTech / Digital Tech / DAM skills who will handle the retouching, editing, color correction, sizing, metadata, and archive for all Fitness+ photography assets. The Photo Retoucher works with asset management partners to accurately organize, store, and retrieve photography media. Responsibilities include: • Manages workflow for the photo team, ensuring production quality follows brand guidelines and delivery schedules. • Complete photo retouching and finishing work for images created by the Fitness+ Studio team for use in Fitness+ and supporting internal communications, social media, PR, and Marketing. • Follow all department-defined file naming, tagging, coding structures, and practices for archiving images. • Prioritize projects based on deadlines while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation. • Stay up-to-date with the latest retouching techniques, software, and industry trends to continually improve the quality of our work. • Ability to handle sensitive information, confidentially, and exercise good professional judgment. • This is a site-based role. **Minimum Qualifications** + 5+ years of retouching experience with major brands, creative agencies, and/or post houses. + Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One Pro. + Proven experience, with a portfolio of retouched images to showcase. + A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and fix imperfections in photos without over-correcting. **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Photography, Graphic Design, or related field. + Experience in digital asset management or related roles. + Ability to manage timelines effectively and work under tight deadlines. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. + Experience with a fitness and/or beauty brand. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $57.33 and $86.36/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
