As a Photo Scanner Process Senior Manager at OMT, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Lead a photo process team to work with production and planning to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities, and to work with equipment and other related areas for continuous improvement.
* Provide oversight and support for daily issue management, area management, meeting cycle time, moves, and quality goals.
* Organize projects and lead team efforts to achieve project goals.
* Serve as a resource for the photo process team’s training and development and organize efforts to maintain consistent expectations, identify development needs for the team and work with the WFD team and TLP office to support those needs.
Manage the area’s 6S efforts.
* Provide leadership to the team, communicate expectations, and deliver effective performance feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of work experience in photo process
Bachelor’s degree in STEM/Engineering
Experience running and leading a team of direct reports
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Strong leadership and collaboration skills across all groups and levels;
Ability to work in fast-paced, constantly evolving, environment
Strong interpersonal and indirect influencing skills, with a proven track record to gain the confidence of individuals at various organizational levels.
