Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Photo Studio Systems Support Technologist to join the Content Studio for one of our largest Retail clients. This is their on site production capability that consists of a team of creative makers who are experts in the intersection of craft and technology necessary to tell the most innovative and compelling stories through experiences, art, design, video, photography, motion graphics, animation, and sound. This person will have experience working in a photo or video studio helping to implement new tools and workflows. You will work with our Senior Solutions Architect to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and minimize overlapping tools. You will act as a product manager for many of our studio tools such as Shotflow, Workhorse, and Capture One. You will be expected to know the tools in and out and be able to work with Global Tech partners to unlock blockers that may arise in how they work within the Corporate network. You are entrepreneurial, resilient, and able to pivot to problem solve. Responsibilities:  - Product manage Shotflow, Workhorse, Capture One, and other photo studio tools to ensure the tools are properly functioning within the studio and integrated within the Walmart Corporate network.  - Onsite support for the Senior Solutions Architect to help design, implement, and support the studio infrastructure which includes NAS storage, Lucid Link, and Iconik.  - Document and breakdown complex workflows to allow outside stakeholders to better support as well as integrate new team members to the workflows of the studio.  - Act as team player and help ensure smooth operations, a friendly and calm workspace for our teams to be inspired; and a studio experience that leaves our clients and partners wanting more. Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of experience in a photo or video studio and post-production environment as a Digital Tech, Technical Support, Technical PM or similar role  - Advanced studio networking knowledge, API workflows, technical support or implementation experience of photo studio tools  - Experience with Shotflow or a similar photo studio management tool (Creativedrive)  - Comfortable with on-set data capture methods.  - Creative and solution oriented to identify the end goal and propose a solution to achieve that goal.  - Familiarity with cloud based storage solutions and the workflows required for them  - Experience in the Marketing, Retail or eCommerce industry Experience with scripting/tool building. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
