About the Team

The Rejuvenation creative team consists of highly passionate, collaborative and process driven thinkers. As part of the team, you’ll bring your ideas to the discussion. Our role is to create cohesive visual direction for the brand, across all channels to bring products to market creatively.

About the Role

The Stylist is a hands-on production-oriented role for an experienced on-set creative. You will collaborate with a creative team in our North Portland studio to ensure ecommerce lifestyle photography is executed to brand standards. Demonstrated success in soft styling and prop styling is required. You will work closely with the Art Director, Producer, and Sr. Manager, Creative Services to style and prepare sets, source botanicals, and select props. 

The Ideal Candidate

You’re the perfect fit for the role if you are obsessed with details, visual brand identity, and photography. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, understands perspective, composition, scale, texture, balance, contrast, is proactive and flexible. You can handle a wide variety of tasks, from making editorial worthy beds one moment to hemming curtains the next. This position demands that you are detail-oriented, meticulous, well-organized, and always open to iteration and improvisation. 

You must have a passion for interiors, art, and fashion with a proven taste level. In this role, you will be a key contributor on the photo team, pulling forward trend research to help inspire, innovate, and translate seasonal concepts and market trends into creative solutions through styling. You have a keen understanding of current trends, social media, marketing, art, and design. You’re highly organized, enjoy collaborating with others and are passionate yet flexible. This position requires that you accept feedback and critique with grace. 

Specific Responsibilities

Style on brand lifestyle environments to enhance storytelling and product presentation Style Bedding looks according to brand style guides Own sourcing and selecting materials, botanicals, and props to elevate the set design and experience Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure all sets are styled to reflect the latest industry trends, market data, and enhance the customer experience Develop and maintain an organized props inventory, ensuring efficient access and usage during and after shoots Collaborate in a high volume, fast paced environment with constant iteration while ensuring deadlines are met Absorb feedback and adapt your process and direction accordingly while communicating this clearly and effectively to your team Be entrepreneurial and a team player; find opportunities and solutions for better creative and better process Work efficiently under tight deadlines, swiftly setting up and breaking down scenes as needed to meet the production schedule Perform regular hindsight reviews with art directors to evolve the brand styling and amplify what is successful. 

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience, as a set stylist, interior stylist or similar role Proven ability to soft style  Proven understanding of interior design principles, trends, and styling techniques  Excellent taste level, aesthetic mastery, and design judgement  Highly evolved sense of composition, product display, and trend awareness Ability to work cross functionally with multiple departments and with a broad range of personalities with a willingness to dive in and collaborate Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and obsessed with the smallest details Flexibility to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently on set
