In this role, you will play an integral part in promoting our graduate programs and executive education offerings by documenting events, capturing student experiences, and producing high-quality visuals that elevate our brand. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The photographer will attend events on campus, collaborate with the marketing team, and have the autonomy to schedule shoots as needed. **Responsibilities** + **Capture professional, high-quality photos** during events, student experiences, and other marketing activities. + **Coordinate with the marketing team** to ensure key moments are documented for promotional purposes. + **Provide creative input** on how to best capture the essence of our programs and events. + **Edit and retouch photos** for various platforms, including web, social media, and print collateral. + **Maintain and organize** an archive of all photography assets. + **Assist with setting up and directing** photoshoots, including on-campus events. + **Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators** to produce cohesive marketing materials. **Minimum Qualifications** **Preferences** + **Professional attire required.** + **Proven experience** in event and portrait photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. + **Proficiency in photo editing software** such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. + **Strong understanding** of photography principles, lighting, and composition. + **Ability to work independently** and manage time effectively. + **Flexible schedule** to accommodate events, including occasional evenings and weekends. + **Strong communication skills** and the ability to collaborate with a remote marketing team. + **Experience with higher education or corporate event photography** is a plus. + **Familiarity with branding guidelines** and the ability to adhere to style requirements. + **Passion for supporting educational initiatives** and capturing authentic experiences. **Equipment Requirements:** Candidates must provide their own professional photography equipment to ensure high-quality images.
